Do I need any dance experience to join?
No. Our adult Bollywood classes welcome complete beginners, and the choreography is taught step by step so anyone can follow.
When and where are the classes?
Fridays, 6:00–7:00pm, at DWU Dance School, East Village, Stratford, London E20 1BD.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable sports or lounge clothes you can move in, trainers, and a water bottle.
Are the classes suitable for all ages and genders?
Yes — our adult classes are mixed and open to adults of all ages and abilities.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book your free trial in advance so we can save you a spot.
